Hi I’m Lee, and I build beautiful bespoke mini house models and railway models to scale – I’ve even won an award for it!
Based in Huddersfield and with over 15 years of experience, I have a genuine passion for providing a perfect replica of your beloved property – a treasured keepsake for you, your family or a friend.
I started my model-making journey creating models for miniature railways, before adding hand-crafted custom model house building and miniature sheds to my services too.
Scale house models to cherish
Your scale house model will be meticulously crafted in exquisite detail, typically in 1:76 scale, or sometimes 1:50.
More than just a charming ornament, your miniature house model becomes a portal to magical memories, a source of inspiration and a unique conversation piece.
Whether you’re commissioning a model home for yourself, or as a special gift for someone you love, I promise exceptional quality and delivery by hand wherever possible.
MY SCALE MINIATURE HOUSE MODELS
Handcrafted from durable yet lightweight foam PVC and laser cut MDF, I make anything from an affordable desktop shed, to a bespoke detached house.
Prices for a model shed or summerhouse/cabin range from around £110 – £150
Prices for scale model house vary depending on size and complexity but start at around £1,125.

My LaTEst ProjecT
This fantastic 15th Century French Chateau has had many alterations and owners over the years, but is currently being cared for by the current owners who were gifted the model as a surprise by their very good friend. They plan on the model staying with the house when and if they move on…
